Since our content is digital and accessible immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted or study materials have been downloaded.
If you are charged twice for the same transaction, please contact us with proof of payment. The duplicate charge will be refunded within 7–10 business days.
If you face technical problems preventing access to your purchased course, we will ensure your access is restored promptly.
Refunds are not applicable once access is provided.
You may cancel your purchase before making payment. Once payment is processed and course access is provided, cancellations are not accepted.
